This is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises while creating job opportunities, particularly for women and youth. Shaqodoon organization provides essential resources, support, and financing to MSMEs and facilitates their connection to experienced business coaches, markets, incubators, and accelerators. By establishing a supportive ecosystem, Shaqodoon enables MSMEs to thrive, create jobs, and contribute to a vibrant, equitable, and sustainable economy. Gender & Social Inclusion

Shaqodoon Organization's Gender and Social Inclusion initiative is dedicated to empowering the youth and women of Somaliland and Somalia, who face various challenges such as limited employment opportunities, violence, insecurity, poor education quality, corruption, injustice, and underrepresentation in political and administrative institutions. In response to these challenges, Shaqodoon is committed to providing sustainable solutions that enable Somali youth and women to thrive. The program focuses on creating safe spaces for open discussions, addressing sensitive issues such as gender equality, health, and education, and providing support and resources to meet the needs of individuals effectively.
